Using this method to configure your shipping settings will not require direct integration with UPS or ShipStation to Bottlecapps. You will be given the option to manually update the Tracking Number on each order after they are placed by the customer. You can follow these step to set up zones and rates to your specifications.

1. Go to your Bottlecapps Dashboard https://liquorapps.com/Store/Index and click Admin > Settings > Shipping.
   
   
   
   
2. Select "Own Shipping" as Shipping Service Provider, then select Own Shipping as 
   Primary Shipping Service Provider. 
   
   

   You are able to have up to 2 providers enabled at one time; allowing you to choose which provider should fulfill any certain order.
   
   For Own Shipping, you may need to click Update at the top after ticking the Own Shipping checkbox, then you can come back and tick Own Shipping as the Primary Shipping service provider.

1. Scroll down to the Own Shipping area and click "Add Rate". This will open up the options for you to add different shipping rates for region & state specific zones.
   

1. Click the "Add Shipping Zone" field. This is going to be the title of your Shipping Zone. i.e Texas - Economy.
   
   
2. "Shipping Regions" is where you will add the desired US States to this Zone.
   
1. For example: You may add a Zone called West Coast and add California, Oregon, Arizona, Washington, Nevada as "regions" (states).
   
   
3. Select the shipping rate option ("Express (1 to 2 days), Standard (3 to 4 days) or Economy (5 to 8 days)" for this Zone.

1. You'll only be able to add one shipping rate at a time, so if you want to have 3 rates (Express, Standard, Economy) to any given region/state you will need to recreate the Zone for each type.
   

1. For each Shipping Rate, you have 2 Pricing options. Flat Rate (Example: $15.99 to this Region (TX)  & Rate (Economy) OR Conditional Pricing (You will be able to change shipping price based on total cart weight or cart total).
   

Flat Rate

Flat Rate price means all customers who order and select that State & Rate (Texas address, Economy option) will receive the flat rate price. Click Done once completed.

Conditional Pricing - Item Weight

For Conditional Pricing, you'll see options for Based on Item Weight and Based on Order Price. Here, you'll select how you want to charge the shipping price based on these variables.

1. Below is an example of condition price based on item weight. Plug in your weight parameters and the pricing. If you wish to delete any of the ranges, click the red X to the right of that range.
   
2. Click Done to save those changes.

Conditional Pricing - Total Cart Value

For Conditional Pricing, you'll see options for Based on Item Weight and Based on Order Price. Here, you'll select how you want to charge the shipping price based on these variables.

1. Below is an example of conditional price based on cart total. Plug in your minimum and maximum cart  values and the corresponding shipping price just like the previous example. If you wish to delete any of the ranges, click the red X to the right of that range.
2. Click Done to save those changes.
   

 If you want to add another Shipping option, click "Add Rate" again and start over using the same steps.

When you're fully complete with these settings, make sure you scroll up to hit UPDATE. This will save your changes!
