Filling out the Bottlecapps New Store Formstack

1. Go through and accurately enter all the fields you can.
2. If you have a TD Linx #, enter it here. If you don't know it, you can enter 0
3. Backend Login ID is just a username. We can add multiple usernames later.
4. Please copy your store address as it appears in Google Maps (this is what Bottlecapps uses for address verification).
5. Enter the store address here.
6. Enter the store phone number
7. Enter your store hours Mon-Sun here.
8. If you have a logo handy while filling out this form, please attach it here. If you have to find it, please check the "NO" box. We will get it later.
9. Click "Next" to go to the next set of questions.
10. Email ID for alerts is the inbox which will receive order notification emails.
11. Click here to move on to the next section.
12. Enter the contact details for Bottlecapps to reach you directly.
13. Click "Next".
14. Find your POS on the dropdown. If you don't see it, click "OTHER".
15. Select your country of business.
16. Please enter accurate records from your POS into this field. We need at least 4 items with a UPC, size and price in order to map your products effectively.
17. SUBMIT FORM once you complete the last question.
