You'll need a Gmail account for this step, so if you don't have one at this time, please make one then continue with the steps below.
Go to PLAY.GOOGLE.COM/CONSOLE
If you're signed into Google, already you should come to a page that looks like one of the above images.
If you're asked to turn on 2-Step Verification, please do that. It is required to move forward.
The following screen asks you to select an account type. Please select "Organization."
Select "Get Started"
The next few steps will ask you a list of questions about your business and your history using Google Play.
Select “Create Payments Profile” on this next step. You’ll need to locate your DUNS number for this phase of the enrollment.
When entering your phone number at every step of this process, make sure to add +1 in the beginning. Do not add any parenthesis or hyphens in the number.
Make sure to enter your Organizations' legal entity name in the field at the top.
If this is your first time releasing an app for a business you've owned, then you can enter "N/A" in the first field and select "NO" on the bottom box.
You're almost to the end!!
Number of apps: 1 (even for multi-location chains, you'll only need to select 1).
You are not earning money on Google Play, so check NO. (Your app is free, not a paid-app).
Your app does not fall under any of the listed categories, so tick the very last box.
The next page is the last one :)
You'll be asked to Create Account & Pay on the following screen. Once done, you'll follow a few more steps!
On the left-hand side, you'll click on Users & Permissions
Select Invite New User
Send the invite to appuploads@bottlecapps.com with NO expiration date. Under Account Settings select "ADMIN".
You will need to verify your identity before an app can ever be posted to your account.
When asked to upload an image of your (the owner’s) Driver’s License, please reference this sample as a good example to follow.
When you are requested to upload organizational documents, keep in mind that your Liquor License or your Articles of Incorporation are accepted documents and commonly are readily available.
