You'll need a Gmail account for this step, so if you don't have one at this time please make one then continue with the steps below.

Go to PLAY.GOOGLE.COM/CONSOLE

If you're asked to turn on 2-Step Verification, please do that. It is required to move forward.

The following screen asks you to select an account type. Please select "Organization".


Select "Get Started"

The next few steps will ask you a ton of questions about your business and your history using Google Play.

When entering your phone number, add +1 in the beginning. Do not add any parenthesis or hyphens in the number.

Make sure to enter your Organizations' legal entity name in the field at the top.

If this is your first time releasing an app for a business you've owned, then you can enter "N/A" in the first field and select "NO" on the bottom box.

You're almost to the end!!

Number of apps: 1 (even for multi-location chains, you'll only need to select 1).

You are not earning money on Google Play, so check NO. (Your app is free, not a paid-app).

Your app does not fall under any of the listed categories, so tick the very last box.

The next page is the last one :)

You'll be asked to Create Account & Pay on the following screen. Once done, you'll follow a few more steps!

On the left-hand side, you'll click on Users & Permissions

Select Invite New User


Send the invite to appuploads@bottlecapps.com with NO expiration date. Under Account Settings select "ADMIN".
