How to Create a Support Ticket
There are many different scenarios in which creating a ticket is the best course of action:
So, how does one create a ticket? Easy. There are two ways:
Be sure to include as much detail as possible
Issue(s) that needs addressed
Screenshots or images
Product Info (UPCs, Pricing, etc)
Any other information that could help our team resolve your issue

To do this, simply click the “Submit a Ticket” button on the very top bar:
That’s it! Normal turnaround time for resolution is typically within 72 business hours.
