How to Create a Support Ticket

 There are many different scenarios in which creating a ticket is the best course of action: 

  • Technical Issues or Bugs 

  • Inventory Issues or Questions (missing items/incorrect pictures or pricing, etc) 

  • Payment Processor Issues 

  • App or Website Not Working 

  • General Guidance Needed 

  • Other



  • No matter what your concern, Bottlecapps is ready to serve you.  

 

So, how does one create a ticket? Easy. There are two ways: 

  1. 1. Send an email to help@bottlecapps.com 

  1. Be sure to include as much detail as possible  

  1. Store Name 

  1. Issue(s) that needs addressed 

  1. Screenshots or images 

  2. Product Info (UPCs, Pricing, etc)

  1. Any other information that could help our team resolve your issue 

  1. 2. Directly from inside your Webconsole (aka: liquorapps.com).  

  1. To do this, simply click the “Submit a Ticket” button on the very top bar: 

  

 

That’s it! Normal turnaround time for resolution is typically within 72 business hours.
