How to Create Google Play Store Account

Before You Begin
  • Creating a Google Play Developer account requires that you have a traditional Google account available. Make sure you have created a Google account (https://accounts.google.com/SignUp)

How to Set-up Your Google Play Developer Account

1.       Go to the Google Play Developer Console at https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup and sign in using the account you created. Sign up for an account, select the checkboxes and click Pay

Public Developer Name – Name your users will see in the Google Play Store as the app developer


2.       Pay the registration fee for your account.



The account will be ready to use between 3-5 business days. When the account is ready to use, the screen below will be displayed and an email notification will be sent to the registered email address.



3.      To add admin to your Google Play account, follow the steps below:

Open the Play Console
.

On the left menu, select Users and permissions.

To add new users, select Invite new users.

If you are managing permissions for an existing user, click anywhere on the user’s row in the user table.




 

Enter the user’s email address, and set an access expiry date if necessary and you have the Admin (all permissions) permission at account level.

IMPORTANT: Enter appuploads@bottlecapps.com in the email address field, select Admin and Select Invite user.

To add an app to the permissions table, select Add app under the App permissions tab, and then select Apply.



IMPORTANT: Once the payment is done and the admin account has been added, please forward the email confirmation from Google about the payment to android@bottlecapps.com
