How to Add and Manage Quick Picks

Quick Pick is a new tool that is exclusively available to your Mobile App (for now!) that creates icons which shortcuts to a number of product list types.


In the example below, you see an "On Sale" icon.

When a custom clicks on that, it directs them to any/all items in your database which are currently surfacing with a Sale Price.




See below for the Sale Items being displayed in the app. 

Let's get into how to do this from your Liquorapps.com Portal.


Step 1: Go to Liquorapps.com > Customization > Quick Pick. Next, click Add QuickPick.



Step 2: You'll be completing a few short steps. Don't worry - they're super easy! 

  1. Add a short title (Fall Picks).

  2. Select applicable locations for the Quick Pick.
  3. Choose a default icon / upload your own icon.
    1.  Recommended Icon size 1080 x 1080 px (JPEG format)
  4. What are you linking your Quick Pick to?
    You have a few options to select.  Choose the one which best suits your needs.

    New Arrivals
    This is an automated section that will populate items which are designated as NEW by the system. Any item that is either back in stock from previously being at 0 or new products to your POS system. It will remain in this section for 7 days.
    On Sale Items
    Any items we receive from your POS that have a valid sale price will appear here.
    Product List
    Selecting Product List will prompt you to hand select specific items that populate to this section. 
    For example: If you create Fall Picks - you may select Pumpkin or Salted Caramel flavored items, seasonal products, etc.
    Product Collections
    Product Collections is actually another Bottlecapps feature that you may use in some instances. 
    This tool allows you to create a hand-selected list of products that is accessible to users specifically through a URL, so it doesn't take up "space" on your website.

    I would recommend using Product Collections when you are going to use this particular list of products in multiple areas (on your website, converted to a QR Code for in-store use, etc.). Here is a guide on Product Collections as a standalone tool.
     
  5. Select the date range for this Quick Pick to be active.
