Please fill out this google form to accept Uber Direct for your BottleCapps deliveries.

Activating your Uber Direct Account:

Uber for Business will send an email invite to {email used during sign up eg: xxx@gmail.com}. The email invite will come from: noreply@uber.com Subject Line: ‘Uber for Business: Verify your email address.’

*Please check your spam or junk folders for this email and follow these next steps:

1. Verify your email address
2. Create a password for your account
3. You will be taken to your Uber account page

Billing:

Uber Direct will charge your credit card daily for Delivery Fees & Tips:

To add your credit card:

4. Click on Billing
5. Click Add Payment
6. Add Credit Card (this can be a debit or credit card)

Important: Please confirm with us once your credit card has been added.

Once you have added your credit card, we will notify you when we start sending your Bottlecapps orders to Uber Direct.
