Follow the instruction on the below link to request a refund. Before submitting a claim you will need the Uber ID which is the del_XXXXXXX id shown below. You can either send an email with all the information or submit the form in this link

If you're specifically asking for a refund, the best action would be to reach us by our refund form so that an investigation can be done. Refunds are not provided over the phone, since they will need to submit an itemized receipt. Refunds must be submitted within 7 days of order completion.

How are refunds processed?

  • For retailer’s being billed by credit card, refunds will be adjusted against delivery charges made to your credit card. Approved refunds are processed everyday.

  • For retailer’s on invoicing, refunds will be reflected as a line item on their monthly invoice

Where can a retailer see credits that have been granted?

  • For retailer’s being billed by credit card, refunds will be adjusted against delivery charges made to your credit card. You can find when refunds are processed in the Ops: Processing date column in the <tracker to be added>. We try to process refunds everyday. Refunds will be reflected in the misc adjustments column (column Q) within the billing statement 

  • For retailer’s on invoicing, refunds will be reflected as a line item on their monthly invoice
