Updating Order Status And Customer Notifications

1. Click "orders" from liquorapps.com.

2. Click othe order you would like to update.

3. Click edit next to the pickup/delivery time if you need to edit the pickup or delivery time.

4. Select the date and time that it needs to be changed to and click update when finished.

5. Click here: to update the order status.

 

Please note the order status types will change based off of the order type (delivery, pickup, curbside, or shipping).

Once you update the order, the customer will get a push notification, text message and email letting them know the order has been updated.

6. Click here: To update the status to Completed/Delivered.

 


Once the order has been completed...

NOTE: all funds are pending until the order is marked completed, once the order is marked completed this will begin the process of converting the preauthorization to an actual charge.
