How to Install TeamViewer

This short guide will show you how to install TeamViewer which will allow Bottlecapps' Inventory Integration Team access to your POS. At that point, it usually takes 15-30 minutes to complete the work needed!


What You Need to Do (Takes Just a Few Minutes):  

  1. Open your browser and go to:  

https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/free-download-with-license-options/  

  1. Under TeamViewer Free, click Download Now.  

  1. Under Download TeamViewer for Windows, click Download TeamViewer (do not choose QuickSupport).  

  1. Save the file and run the installer. Select Default installation, then Accept – Next.  

Please install TeamViewer on a back-office computer or server and keep it running so we can complete the integration.  

  

Once TeamViewer is Installed:  

  1. Open TeamViewer and click the Settings icon in the top right corner.  

  1. Go to Advanced, then click Show advanced options.  

  1. Scroll down to Personal password and create a permanent password of your choice.  

  1. REPLY ALL to this email and send us your TeamViewer ID and the personal password once confirmed.  

  1. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE TEAMVIEWER ONCE INSTALLED!  

  1. Book a 15-minute Inventory Integration meeting with our specialist
