Delivery Returns (for DoorDash Drive or Uber) 

 

Below is the flowchart explaining what happens when there is a failure in delivery of goods via either DoorDash Drive or Uber.  

 

 

 

When this happens, the order gets marked as Pending Returned. Once the store receives the goods back, the products need to be marked as Returned. After that, the store will have to call the customer and decide what they want to do.  

  • - If the customer wants to cancel, Bottlecapps will refund total (minus delivery fee + tip) 

  • - If the customer chooses Pickup, the store can convert it to Pickup Order  

  • - If customer wants redelivery, the store can change the delivery time slot and request for redelivery. Customer will get charged additional delivery fee. If the store does not change the time slot and its in the past, then Bottlecapps will request the redelivery as an ASAP Delivery.
