How to Update and Process Orders on the Web Console

1. Logon to your web console and click on the orders link from the side menu bar.





2. Orders placed by your customers are displayed with the following statuses:


An order has been created by a user and awaiting action.




An order has been fully processed and is picked up by the customer.




A customer has canceled an order or an order has been canceled.



For Delivery Orders only:


An order is ready and is out for delivery.



An order has been delivered to the customer.



For Pick-Up Orders only:




An order is ready to be picked up at the store location.
 


Notes
Please note that, in order to receive payment from an order, the status has to be delivered, or completed.



3.  You can view a more detailed breakdown for a particular order by clicking on the generated link
     under the "Order No."  column.




             
This screen also provides you the option to: 
Idea
Update the status of an order
Idea
Cancel an order
Idea
Print an order

Printing an order can be handy as it provides you a physical copy you can keep for your records, or place as a label for pick-up
or delivery orders.


Please pay close attention to the Delivery Date & Time displayed on this section, as well as the listing for:

Alert
Special Instructions:

This is especially important for delivery orders as customers may have additional requirements to satisfy their needs.

         
4.  You can process and update orders by clicking on the icons displayed under the "Update Status To" column.








5.  To cancel an order, click on the Cancel "X" icon.  




Select the option that would fulfill the condition of the order cancellation.




The current status of the order will be displayed as cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the mode of payment used by the customer.
