1. Logon to your BC Admin App using the credentials for your Webconsole (liquorapps.com)
If you have forgotten your password, you can tap on the "?" icon in the password field to bring up a password reset page.
Enter the appropriate information and follow the instructions on this page to begin the process of resetting your password.
2. Once you are logged in, you will need to select your store from the store list.
If you have multiple store locations, please select the store you would like administer orders for.
If you need to switch stores, there is an icon at the upper left hand corner of the screen you can tap on which opens a side banner
that will give you to option to "Switch Store" or "Logout" if you so desire.
3. The orders page will be displayed once you have selected your store from the list.
New orders display with the pending status. You can tap on that icon to update the status of that particular order.
For instance, tapping on the "Pending" icon for order number: W06833 will give you this prompt.
Swipe right to change from the "PENDING" status to the "READ FOR PICK UP" status.
This is the same process for delivery orders. From "PENDING" to "SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY" status.
NOTE: Please note the dates and times for each order. For all delivery orders, there will be a time frame that a customer can schedule for a delivery.
4. You can utilize the search filter to look for specific orders by tapping on the search filter button.
This should pop-up in the bottom of the screen and you can choose different options to personalize your search options.
By type:
By Status:
By Date:
5. On the orders list screen, you can tap on any of the orders within the highlighted area shown, this will display an Order Details page.
From this screen, you have a break down of information that pertains to an individual order.
You also have the option to e-mail a customer, by tapping on the mail icon.
You also have the option to call the customer, by tapping on the phone receiver icon if you desire to do so.
You can update the order status by tapping on the "Update" button.
For this pick up order, you have the option to change it from "Pending" to "Ready for Pick Up"
Swipe right on the slider to confirmation the status update.
Please note: There is a special instructions field which customers can add any additional comments on their order.
There is also the payment confirmation number which also requires special attention to.
If you want to cancel an order, you can tap on the
button, this will bring up the following option menu:
From here you would select the appropriate option for cancelling a customer's order. Once you select a reason, swipe right on the slider to confirm the cancellation.
Once a cancellation is complete, you will get a confirmation icon, a refund will be issued to the customer through their mode of purchase on the app/website.
