How to Send Push Notifications to your customers

This video explains how to send push notifications to your customers.

1. Logon to your web console and click on the Notifications link from the side menu bar.

2. Click on the Send New Notification button on the left hand side.

3. Give the message a title, and then fill out the message field with the message you wish to send.  You can add emoticons by pressing the Smiley face button

in the lower left hand corner of the Message field.

4.  Once you have filled out all the fields with the desired texts, click on the Send Notification button to send out the notification to all users that have registered

in your store app.

When you send out a notification, you will see an entry under the History tab.  This will give details such as the number of users the message has been sent to,

the title of the message, the message itself, and the date it was sent.

5.  You also have the option to send out test notifications, this can allow you to see how messages will come across on different devices as well as provide a

functionality test for the feature.

Repeat the above steps as before, then press the Send Test Notification button.

You will get a window where it will allow you to enter up to 5 different email IDs.

Once you are satisfied with your message, hit the Send Test Notification button.
